The Shadows clearly had a fondness for Norway, something both the title of the song "Kon-Tiki" and repeated visits to Norway proves. And the feelings were completely mutual. The Shadows inspired a number of now well-known and beloved Norwegian artists to pick up the guitar. And many still proclaim their love for this band. There are literally hundreds of The Shadows compilations in existence, and that's not even an exaggeration. But this one was released especially for the Norwegian market. With a total of 27 tracks, this is truly a pleasant listen.
